Puzzle 004 - [Video]

[The video shows Luke sitting on a bench in a Pokecenter, with Hoppip nestled in his arms and Teddiursa staring curiously into the camera. Instead of his usually outfit, he’s wearing a Youngster uniform instead, except that he‘s still wearing that same old hat of his. While the little guy is starting to master future technology, he looks very bothered by something.]

I suppose it’s time to move onto the next town then. As nice as it was to stay in Cherrygrove, we can’t stay here forever. I'm not too excited about traveling for a week, especially with those wild Pokemon running about, but we'll just have to make the best of it and...

Um…

Something’s wrong, I can’t understand Mr. Bear or Hoppip…I tried to talk to them, but…I hope this isn't permanent.

The leaves on it's head look like dandelion leaves, and it floats on the wind just like the seeds do.

Well, there are two people and you have these foam balls attached to you, and you have spar with the other person and collect as many of their balls as you can. Whoever has the most at the end wins.
