Okay, no, he's remained out cold for the past week. Much like other people who fell victim to Route's sudden sleeping sickness, Luke himself was passed out in a deep sleep until now.
A loud crash echoes throughout his room in the Goldenrod Inn, as the thirteen-year-old lands from the bed to the floor in a tangle of bed sheets. The Pokegear on the stand next to him falls too, turning it on as soon as it hits the ground.]
WHAT ON EARTH-! Where am I - where is this?! Where did London go?!
[And during this, Mr. Bear drops down to all fours to inspect the boy she was watching for the past week. After flailing around, Luke finally meets the bear face-to-face with shocked, wide eyes.]

You can’t just send people back home and then just bring them back like that. I-I really have to go back, so you better send me back home so I can help save London or you’re going to be really sorry!
...It wasn't a dream, was it? No, it was real I know it was! L-listen, just let me take care of things back home, all right?!
