Puzzle 018 - [Voice] Forward-dated to the blizzard

[A weird static sound can be heard over Luke’s Pokegear. While it’s not clear what may be causing it, the blizzard that’s plagued Route might have something to do with it. And even though mostly static is coming from the Pokegear, a faint voice can be heard.]

Zzzzt…Flora…Cynda…more fire…zzzzt!

…Snowstor...won’t make it….zzzzztt…!

Zzzzt….can you hear m…!

Flora!

[The Pokegear shuts off.

[Don Flora squints. No, he still can't see]

I can st-still hear you! You can't be that f-far - just s-stay put!

C-C-Cyndaquil, ember!

[And she does, burning a hole through some of the blizzard.]

Luke! Di-Did you see that?

Cyndaquil, k-keep it up, all right?

[A small light! Luke starts heading toward it, pulling his coat tight.]

Flora, I see it! Just stay there!

O-okay!

[he puts Charmander down and kneels down to warm his hands near Cyndaquil's flame. Charmander takes his turn, walks ahead and blows another stream of flame.]

Hmph. To think it'd come to this...how miserable.

[After fighting his way through the blizzard, he finally reaches the flame. He was cold and shaking, but he was more concerned for Flora and the egg he was trying to protect.]

[Charmander can hear Luke coming once he gets a bit closer, so he starts yelling at "Flora"]

What the heck do you want?

[he mutters, looking up from warming his hands. Oh, there's Luke's silhouette coming through the snow! Back to the act.]

O-oh, th-thank goodness... W-We mustn't get s-separated again...

Thank goodness you're all right Flora. Though we have to find someplace safe first or we won't make it.

[He kneels down to Cyndaquil and Charmander.]
