hintcoinplzProfessor!! I'm back in Cherrygrove! Boy, this place sure feels smaller compared to Violet City...I hope I get to eat some good food, at least.
Everyone, everyone, you'll never believe what happened! I was trying to help train Dandy, and it was going pretty well when suddenly there was this bright light and well - see for yourself!
[Luke moves the camera, a Skiploom pops into view.]
He's different now! I'm not sure how it happened, maybe being stuck in those ruins did something to him, but I think he's much stronger...and smarter too!
[And as if on cue, Dandy...starts licking the camera.]
...Er, well, perhaps I need to work with him a little more. Dandy quit it, this is embarrassing.

He chuckles at the Skiploon licking the camera. What an amusing Pokemon.]
And it seems like this Dandy still has much to learn, my boy. What was he before this form?

I-I'm still working on teaching him. Before he turned into this, he was a Hoppip...looked a bit like a cat before he evolved.

[Because if the Professor finds a scratch on you, he's going to pull you over the side and just bandage you all up.]
Ah, and to answer your question from before; I have seen quite a lot of these Hoppips in the wild. I admit they quite confuse me though.
