It's National Puzzle Day!!!
How did I not know about such a holiday until now? What a fantastic idea for holiday! Oh sorry, I meant radical idea for a holiday!
Of course, I couldn't call myself a puzzle enthusiast if I didn't have a few puzzles prepared for such a holiday! And I think I've found a really good one to start you all off with:
"One snowy night, Sherlock Holmes was in his house sitting by a fire. All of a sudden a snowball came crashing through his window, breaking it. Holmes got up and looked out the window just in time to see three neighborhood kids who were brothers run around a corner. Their names were John Crimson, Mark Crimson and Paul Crimson.
The next day Holmes got a note on his door that read '? Crimson. He broke your window.'
Which of the three Crimson brothers should Sherlock Holmes question about the incident?"

"people check into a hotel. They pay $30 to the manager and go to their room. The manager finds out that the room rate is $25 and gives the bellboy $5 to return to the guests. On the way to the room the bellboy reasons that $5 would be difficult to split among three people so he pockets $2 and gives $1 to each person. Now each person paid $10 and got back $1. So they paid $9 each, totaling $27. The bellboy has another $2, adding up to $29.
Where is the remaining dollar?"
